Tokaji essencia Chateau Pajzos is the finest Tokai wine produced by Chateau Pajos and boasts the highest sugar content of Tokai.
As you can see from the high sugar content, the alcohol content is only about 6%.

This very rare noble rot wine, obtained from Asu grape free-run juice, has a condensed honey-like condensed savory taste. Only 1 liter is produced from 3 tons of “Asu” grapes harvested from 10 hectares. This wine is the most valuable proportion of grapes in the world used per hectare.
