Although Terra Tangra is still a young winery, it is known as one of Bulgaria’s top wineries, with top cuvée red wines being selected as one of the top 30 in the world. This is a red made from Rubin, an endemic variety made by crossing Nebbiolo and Syrah. The acid balances the rich flavor, so you can enjoy the wine alone or with a meal.
Dark red tones with a deep purplish tinge. The aroma of ripe black fruits such as cassis and black cherry, and the gorgeous scent of flowers such as violets and roses. When you turn the glass, rich nuances such as herbs, vanilla, leather and ripe figs overlap. In the mouth, the rich fruit and smooth tannins are impressive. The acid is a perfect balance with the rich flavor, so it is not too thick and you can enjoy it with wine alone or with meals.
