Sorelle Bronca Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut is a new cantina opened in 1985 by the sisters of Ergiliana and Antonella in Corbertard di Vidor, Province of Treviso.
It is a rare producer of spumante, and is one of the few producers who use only 20 ha of grapes in their own field. This is the cornerstone of the Prosecco production they are proud of, with a solid quality of sake.
In addition to Mr. Federico Giotto, who is attracting attention among young Veneto brewers, Enologo is advancing wine making with Elgiliana’s daughter Eliza. The rich fruit scent and fine foaming are contributed by the juice stored for secondary fermentation.
A straw color that is bright and feels green on the edges.
Mainly scents of citrus fruits such as green apples and lemons, scent of wisteria and acacia flowers
Firm foam. It has a rich fruity taste, and the extended acidity brings a pleasant refreshing sensation. The harmony of fullness and sourness is wonderful.
