It is brewed from the excellent single-field grapes of Napa Valley, Sonoma County and Red Hills (Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel).
The owner, Fred Schroeder, founded Schroeder Cellars in 1998 and brought together staff with the best vineyards and winemaking talent.
He now makes wine with his wife Carroll and talented winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown, and has earned the reputation of being “the hottest Cabernet producer in the New World, a boutique winery.”
