The company’s own vineyards of black grapes for red wine are located almost in the middle of the eastern side of Napa Oakville, around Screaming Eagle, Bond’s St. Eden, Dara Valle, Peter Michael’s Au Paradis and Joseph Phelps. There are many fields that produce famous cult wines such as Bacchus.
Strong fruit scent of cassis and black cherry. A fascinating spice nuance that spreads faintly is a good accent. You can also feel the sweet and rich aromas of dried figs, blueberry jam and dark chocolate.
The green nuances such as peppers and mustard seeds in the flavor of condensed fruits similar to the aroma are impressive. The individuality of red soil, which is rich in iron, is also reflected in the taste of wine.
Although it is a full-bodied type, the acidity is firmly felt, and the finish is not too heavy and gives a fresh impression. The blend of the three varieties is complex and has a long finish, allowing you to enjoy a rich and deep taste.
