Clement assemblage of Chardonnay (80%) in the village of Le Vernois and Poulsard (20%) in the village of Montigny-les-Arsour. A secondary fermentation period of 40 months or more in a bottle, which is much longer than the AOC default. It is a special product released afterwards, and the acid and foam are softly finished. White flowers and hawthorn have a faint scent, and you can enjoy an elegant mouthfeel in any case.
