A self-confident work of the winery that made Ravensworth known to the world. After pressing the whole bunch, wild yeast is used and fermented and aged in a ceramic tank to maximize the freshness of the fruit. The wine is unfiltered, does not use finings, and is a carefully selected natural brew.
Lemon yellow shade with a clear shine. When poured into a glass, the citrus aromas of lemon and lime are subtly layered with mineral aromas such as lime and shells, and spread vividly.
The well-ripened pear fruit that fills the mouth, the lively acid, and the abundant minerals blend elegantly in a well-balanced manner, and the unity is very elegant. On the finish, an elegant flavor reminiscent of flower nectar tickles the nasal passages.
