For generations, Lallier has been making high quality champagne. Located in the heart of the village of Ay, one of the few Champagne villages surrounded by vineyards with a Grand Cru rating, Francis is now owned and operated by his Tribeau. A great champagne is made by convincingly growing the wonderful Pinot Noir Chardonnay from the 10ha Grand Cru on the sunny hills of Ai village.
It is a Blanc de Blanc type that uses 100% of carefully selected Chardonnay varieties from fields with a Grand Cru rating.
The citrus aroma of green apples and grapefruits and the aged body allow you to enjoy a rich taste.

Step into a world of refinement and elegance with this exquisite white wine, a true testament to the craftsmanship of the vintner and the beauty of the vineyard. Its pale straw hue, reminiscent of sunlight dancing on a dew-kissed morning, sets the stage for an unforgettable sensory journey. On the nose, a symphony of aromas unfolds, with notes of ripe orchard fruits, delicate white flowers, and whispers of citrus zest, all intricately woven together. The palate is equally enchanting, revealing layers of flavor that dance gracefully on the tongue – from the crisp freshness of green apples to the subtle minerality of flint. Silky textures caress the palate, while a lingering finish leaves a lasting impression, inviting further exploration and contemplation. This white wine is a true masterpiece, deserving of the highest accolades.
