“La Sirene de Jiscourt” is made from relatively young trees, but the selection is very strict and it is harvested by hand. Although it produces only a quarter of the first production, it has a friendly style that you can enjoy early on.
And the luxury but affordability of being made from the same soil trees, brewing methods and teams as First is why this wine has been loved for many years.
Complex nuances that irritate the nostrils such as cassis, dark cherries, rich aromas of prunes, black pepper, mint and vanilla sticks intersect.
The mouthfeel is mellow and soft to melt. Condensed fruit flavors of ripe red and black fruits, moderately aged balanced tannins and a refreshing acidity create a wonderful sense of unity.
A wine that can be enjoyed immediately or left for several years.
