KWV Mentors Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white wine produced by KWV Winery in South Africa.
100% of carefully selected Sauvignon Blanc is used, and in order to emphasize the freshness of Sauvignon Blanc, low temperature fermentation (12 to 15 degrees for 3 weeks) is done without barrel aging.
The multi-faceted wine is characterized by fruit characters such as mulberry, blueberries and strawberries.
Mentors on the label means “master” or “master”.
