Launched in 1978 as the first Bordeaux-style wine in California. We use the famous stags leap and Rutherford land grapes.
In particular, the Cabernet Sauvignon variety from Rutherford is famous for its solid skeleton and long-lived wine.
The fruit has a rich bitter chocolate-like nuance, and you can feel the gentleness in the strength. The flavors of black cherry and cassis are intricately intertwined, and the slightly spicy flavor tightens the finish.
It gives a powerful impression, but the refined acidity and delicate tannins create an exquisite harmony that makes the wine elegant.
