Hattingley Valley Classic Cuvée is a dry sparkling wine made in the UK.
It is made from the same varieties and the same secondary fermentation in bottles as Champagne, after aging for over 13 months.
However, you can also see your own arrangement by adding 2% of Pinot Gris.
Beautiful and slightly dark lemon yellow.
The scent of yeast, the fruity aroma full of ripening and the flavor of oak barrels.
