Freixenet Cava Cordón Negro Brut is a dry cava produced by Freycinet in Penedes, Spain.
Since 1974, the impressive black bottle has fascinated the world, and as the name of the “black belt” in the cava representing Freycinet, the black bottle design now representing Freycinet.
“Flecine” accounts for 75% of Cava’s world exports, has the idea that “good wine comes from good grapes”, and all grapes are hand-picked. It has a rich citrus-type citrus-like scent and a deep taste with a pleasant bitterness and acidity.
With a high percentage of parreladas and a ripening period of over 18 months, it has become synonymous with Freycinet in the US, UK and Japanese markets. Parelladha, which is fermented at low temperature at 12℃ and has a high blending ratio, has a transparent and gorgeous flavor and accents with a sharp acidity.
