The highest peak of “Koyam” made from our own field grapes grown by biodynamic farming.
The nuances of black fruits such as blackberries and the umami of grape extract are firmly felt, and the mouthfeel is mellow. The rich taste spreads.
Sufficient fruit thickness and minerality. The scent of cedar drifts later. The solid structure with a profound feeling is a gem that can be expected to age for a long time.
After careful selection of fruits, the juice moves to the fermentation tank only by the gravity of the grapes. Fermented with natural yeast. Maceration takes place slowly over 25-30 days.
Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally and is aged for a long time of 16 months. In the barrel, it is naturally clarified and pulled.
“Gê” is an ancient Greek word meaning “earth, earth”. As the name suggests, it is one of the whole Emiliana wines made from the blessings of the earth.
tetla –
It’s like a warm embrace from an old friend – comforting, familiar, and oh-so-satisfying. You’ll taste ripe cherries, a hint of chocolate, and just a touch of spice. It’s smooth, it’s velvety, and it’s perfect for those cozy evenings spent by the fire. So pour yourself a glass, cozy up with a blanket, and let this wine whisk you away to your happy place.
