This is the second wine of Chateau Guillot, where you can easily enjoy the highest quality of sweet wine, Sauternes 1st grade.
Although the age and aging period are slightly different from those of first wine, all other methods of making are the same.
It has a sweet scent of ripe pineapple, acacia flowers and honey, and flows refreshingly without being too lumpy. It has a gentle acidity reminiscent of tropical fruits, and it slowly drifts on the road to the afterglow.
