“Cahors”, a specialty of the southwestern region of France. Wines made from the Black Grape Malbec variety are dark in color and are called “black wines” because of their color.
Cahors generally has a strong image of astringency, but Sadle wines are characterized by very smooth and rounded tannins. You can feel the moderate barrel aroma due to barrel aging.
Despite being full-bodied, it goes well with chicken dishes. It is recommended as a red wine that goes well with duck dishes in fine restaurants.
