A work of art created by Pierre Fanal, a former “biochemist” owner, who devotes himself to the ideas of Bio Dynami and spends his time and passion. When brewing, SO2 is not used, artificial processes such as sugar supplementation, clarification, and filtration are eliminated, and fermentation is performed according to the ebb and flow of the moon, making this one full of the charm of naturally brewed wine.
The appearance of shining pale yellow. When poured into a glass, the scent of citrus aromas, yellow apples, and tropical fruits of pineapple overflows, and the sweet scent of vanilla derived from barrels gradually overlaps to give a plump impression.
In the mouth, it has a good balance of round acid and solid minerals, and the nuance of the barrel, which is never too strong, and the harmony of fruit are exquisite. The aftertaste leaves the taste of the fruit gently on the tongue.
The hard feeling of minerals melts into wine and tightens the whole. Please enjoy the delicious taste that perfectly expresses the characteristics of the limestone-rich soil.

Let us now savor the essence of this white wine from the sun-drenched vineyards of South Australia’s Adelaide Hills, where cool-climate conditions and ancient soils produce wines of exceptional purity and finesse. In the glass, it displays a pale, straw-like hue, shimmering with hints of green and gold. The nose is greeted with an enticing bouquet of citrus fruits, including lime, grapefruit, and lemon, with nuances of white flowers and herbs adding complexity. On the palate, this wine delights with its vibrant acidity and layers of fruit, offering flavors of green apple, pear, and nectarine, all framed by a refreshing minerality and a lingering, elegant finish. With its crisp acidity and vibrant flavors, this wine is a perfect match for fresh seafood and leisurely afternoons in the sunshine.
