The aromas reminiscent of ripe black cherries, cassis and black currant give a fresh and juicy impression.
A full-bodied Pinot Noir with a strong skeleton and a long, spicy finish.
The grapes grown in the five contract fields in Willamette Valley are carefully sorted by hand, soaked at low temperature and fermented in a stainless steel tank. It is made by punching down every day and making skin contact for 20 days.
After the first fermentation, it is transferred to barrels by gravity feeding, lactic acid fermentation is performed for 6 months, and aged in French oak barrels (new barrel rate 16%) for a total of 13 months. It is neither filtered nor clarified.
