“Almaviva” is a combination of “Chateau Mouton Rothschild”, one of the five major Bordeaux chateaus, and “Concha y Toro”, a winemaker representing Chile.
A threatening wine created by infusing Bordeaux’s highest brewing technology into grapes grown in the terroir of the Maipo Valley, which is also excellent in Chile.
Aroma-rich wine with many layers of sweet aromas of blackberries and cassis.
Over time, you’ll also notice the nuances of licorice and spices, as well as the aromas of vanilla, nuts and licorice.
Fresh acid and tannins with a strong presence are fused with the sweetness of the fruit for a perfect balance. You can enjoy it until the very end while feeling a long lingering sound.
You can enjoy it immediately, but it has great potential for long-term aging for 10 to 20 years.
