The first-class vineyard Champonnets is located on a sunny steep slope adjacent to the famous brewery first-class vineyard Kuro Sanjak. Clay soil mixed with limestone spreads, characterized by silky, mellow tannins and red fruity fruit.
The scent of fresh fruits such as freshly picked American cherries, cherries and strawberries is attractive.
You can also feel the earthy and spicy elements such as the slightly floating undergrowth and trees, spices with cinnamon, charcoal and minerals, and the vanilla flavor derived from oak is richly expressed.
A fusion of silky tannins with a finely ground texture and high-purity minerals. It has a strong acidity and is a wine that perfectly expresses its refined strength.
