Dark brown tones like coffee. It is full of rich aromas reminiscent of sweet fruits such as figs and raisins.
The mouthfeel is smooth. After 20 years or more of long-term aging, the condensed fruit taste becomes mellow and blends well with the acidity.
The finish is complex and the result is a wonderful deep port wine.
It is also recommended to cool it well and enjoy it as an apéritif or with dessert after meals. Excellent compatibility with ice cream, chocolate cake, dried fruits and cheese.
