Sparkling is made by secondary fermentation in the same bottle as champagne in a cool climate in southern France. Characterized by a delicate, finely foaming after aged for at least 12 months, a rich aroma, and a full-bodied taste.
A beautiful golden liquid. It is dry and has various scents such as lemon zest, grapefruit, quince, melon, lime, mint and yeast.
