Lanson Black Label Brut is a dry champagne produced by Lansoners in the Champagne region of France.
The Black Label uses 50% of Pinot Noir made in Montagne, but the Pinot Noir in this region is characterized by a strong taste.
Bright and clear shades. The black label has a straw tinge from Pinot Noir with an amber sheen. The foam that rises up like a thin thread will also entertain you from the appearance of the flute glass.
A lively spring scent spreads, with the nuances of toast and the scent of various flower nectar. A fruity sweet scent of ripe apples and peaches, citrus and mandarin, and an aroma of complex baked apples, licorice and spices.
In order to bring out the fresh flavor of grapes, Lanson’s products have a common importance of sourness. The sourness of grapes has tartaric acid and malic acid components, but with a manufacturing method that focuses on suppressing the conversion of malic acid to lactic acid by bacteria, you can feel a fresh and refreshing feeling even to the finish.
