Valdivieso Blanc de Blanc is a dry sparkling wine (brand de blanc) produced by Vina Valdivieso in the Chilean Central Valley.
The characteristic of this wine is the aroma. Aroma and yeast aroma that overlap intricately. The taste of fresh citrus fruits and the rich aroma of aging are wonderful. Authentic secondary fermented sparkling wine in a bottle that attracts long-term aging with fine bubbles.
Mr. Peter Richard of the Master of Wine evaluates it as “one that is reminiscent of Champagne, which is not strange even in Côtes de Blancs, although it is made in Chile.”
