Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the Cassello del Diablo series produced by Conchai Toro in Chile Central Valley.
It has such an anecdote that it is so delicious that it steals constantly, and in order to protect the wine from thieves, the rumor that there is a devil has flowed, and the word Cassello del Diablo means “the devil’s warehouse”, Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most renowned Cascello del Diablo. The 2005 vintage has been awarded the Decanter Magazine’s “Greatest Cabernet on Earth”.
The aroma of chocolate and berry, and the aroma of toasty oak are elegant.
The taste is full of fruit with a refreshing acidity such as cherry or black plum.
A solid, well-structured wine that goes well with meat dishes such as spicy lamb, pasta with tomato and meat sauce, paella and rabbit dishes.
